Premium is billed per club, not per person. The club owner subscribes from the club's "Manage Premium Membership" page, and it can be canceled anytime from the billing portal. Premium stays active through the end of the period you have paid for.
A club member can also gift Premium: buy a 1, 3, or 12 month term and it becomes a code you can redeem into any club you belong to.
